The history of Ruby's Kitchen is as rich as the flavors. Ruby and Norris Davidson spent many years serving up delicious Southern comfort meals at their first restaurant, The Mason Jar. Then Ruby opened up a breakfast and lunch spot of her own called Ruby's. While Ruby has retired and passed her recipes and the use of her name on to the new owners, she still frequents the restaurant and is often seen enjoying lunch at her favorite table.
