Grimaldi's Coal Brick Oven Pizzeria

As the name suggests, Grimaldi's Coal Brick Oven Pizzeria sells authentic pizzas that are cooked in brick ovens. Founded by an Italian family originally in New York City, it was known as Patsy's and later changed to Grimaldi's, as it is currently known. The restaurant only sells whole pizza pies using traditional Italian recipes which have received a lot of positive criticism over its long history. Salads, antipastos, garlic bread and calzones are also served here.
