Yardbird

Yardbird is a modern yakitori eatery. The restaurant is the brainchild of chef Matt Abergel, whose repertoire includes establishments like Massa in New York and Zuma in Hong Kong. In fact, Yardbird does have a distinct New York City vibe with its sleek, minimalist lines and black-clad servers. Though Yardbird does offer a variety of chicken skewers, the menu also has dishes that use each and every part of the bird - neck, wings, skin et al. Stand-out items on the restaurant's menu include the chicken breast skewers, the chicken meatball served with an egg yolk dipping sauce, the kimchi fried cauliflower and the crispy chicken fried rice. Also on offer are innovative, expertly mixed cocktails like Whiskey Lemonade and a variety of wine, sake and beer.
