"Seven Course Beef & Pho"
From the outside Saigon Pagolac looks like nothing special, but inside you'll find what some call the best Vietnamese food in Houston, and that is actually quite a feat as Houston has the second largest Vietnamese community in the U.S. The Seven Course Beef is the big hit here with different cuts of beef and means of cooking the beef, as well as a variety of sauces, brought to the table. Other dishes are also cooked at the table, but if you're not in the mood for D.I.Y. dining, you get a nice bowl of Pho instead.
