The interesting thing about this market is that the people who sell things here are not professionals, but individuals who bring anything they no longer want to the Hippodrome to make a little extra cash. This is why you never quite know what you are going to find. You could find an absolute bargain, or you might come away empty-handed. You can usually find the odd piece of furniture, things to decorate the house, toys, books and clothes. One thing is for sure - this market is always full of surprises. In summer, because of the heat, the quality is not so great.
