John Dory is a former 15th-century warehouse that was reconstructed into a beautiful seafood restaurant. This place is unlike any other seafood restaurant as it serves fish only caught in dutch waters. As a result of this, you will not find fishes like tuna, mackerel or lobsters on the menu. Chef Arjan Wennekes, the former head chef at Visaandeschelde prepares sumptuous and intricate dishes made from the farm-fresh fish and organic produce.
