Il Blaue Ente, letteralmente Anatra blu, aperto nel 1986 in un ex mulino è ancora considerato uno degli indirizzi migliori di Zurigo. Molti dei clienti fissi fanno parte del mondo dell'arte locale. Il sorprendente arredamento interno che gioca sul passato in un edificio industriale è molto interessante. Come si potrebbe dedurre dal nome, la sua anatra è eccellente. Il posto è diviso in due dalla ruota del mulino. L'Anatra Barberry in salsa di mirtilli con funghi selvaggi e foglie di spinaci per due persone è fantastica. Questo ristorante è da raccomandare per chi ama i frutti di mare e vuole provare un ottimo vino.
