Il sorprendente arredamento interno che gioca sul passato in un edificio industriale è molto interessante. Come si potrebbe dedurre dal nome, la sua anatra è eccellente. Il posto è diviso in due dalla ruota del mulino. L'Anatra Barberry in salsa di mirtilli con funghi selvaggi e foglie di spinaci per due persone è fantastica.
