Local ingredients form the core of the kitchen's food philosophy with an emphasis on seafood. If in a group, choose from the sharing plates that include charcuterie and an array of artisanal cheeses. The mains offer diversity with delights such as the pancetta wrapped monkfish and wood grilled skirt steaks. Finish off with their delectable Ginger Creme Brulee or perhaps their House Made Gelato. The restaurant has a formidable reputation on the island and reservations are highly recommended.
