Apollo is Copenhagen's first brewery and restaurant, located next to the Tivoli Gardens main entrance. Live jazz performances occur on the first Sunday of every month, accompanied with a special menu. The beer is cloudy and delicious, as it is both unfiltered and unpasteurized. The restaurant offers a small but varied range of dishes, some containing beer. If you come in the daytime, you might see the brewer himself working by the handmade copper pots, always eager to answer your questions about his beer.

Cherish your Mojo, like Mike Myers in Austin Powers and visit Mojo's blues bar in Copenhagen, with live blues every single night. In the evenings, live bands are on from about 10:30p, but acoustic blues often starts at 9p. On Fridays and Saturdays, an admission fee is charged, but on all other days admission is free. Mojo has a happy hour between 8p and 10p, during which draft beer can be bought for half price. Dancard is accepted.

The word Vinklder actually means Wine Cellar, but that was a long time ago when in the 16th Century this location used to be a monastery. Now the monks have turned into cocktail waitresses and virtue has been replaced with vice - or maybe just nice. The bar serves delicious burgers and, if you are lucky, a plate of oysters from the restaurant upstairs. Try the Strawberry Daiquiri, a favorite with the regulars. The bar also has a wide selection of foreign beers such as Leffe, Budvar, and Hoegarden.

Bang & Jensen si trova in Istedgade, l'ex quartiere a luci rosse di Copenhagen. Gli interni sono divertenti e kitsch e l'atmosfera è accogliente. Sono molto popolari i vecchi flipper ed i biliardini.
