Located off Kearneysville Pike road in Shepherdstown, Morgan's Grove Park is spread across an area of 20 acres (8 hectares). This spacious park features soccer fields, horseshoe pits, a playground for children, walking trails, pavilions, well-equipped picnic areas, restrooms and a lot more. This park is owned and managed by the Shepherdstown Community Club. A number of events and gatherings are hosted here every year. Some of the events held here include the annual Panhandle's Earth Day celebrations and various soccer leagues.

Historic Shepherdstown & Museum

Established in 1983, Historic Shepherdstown and Museum’s main aim is to collect, preserve and share the history and culture of the town. This interesting museum is set in the three-storey tall Entler Hotel. This museum is listed in the National Register for Historic Places. They showcase a number of artifacts which includes, weapons, quilts, locks, documents, photographs and a lot more. The museum also features a bookstore that sells reprinted versions of rare books that are based on the town’s history.

James Rumsey Monument

Overlooking Potomac River in Shepherdstown, James Rumsey Monument was built in the year 1915. This monument is dedicated to the engineer and inventor, James Rumsey. This 75-feet (23 meters) tall monument features a column that is made of granite and atop this column sits a globe. It has two plaques that are fixed on the front and back of the monument. The plaque on the front features a description of James Rumsey, which the one at the back features a picture of a steamboat.

Loys Station Covered Bridge

Set in serene surroundings, Loys Station Covered Bridge is a lovely tourist attraction near Thurmont, Maryland. This historic bridge built in 1848 across a beautiful creek, is a wonderful place to stop. Constructed in King Post style, the bridge underwent restoration in 1991 and 2013 after enduring multiple damages. Spanning 90 feet (27.4 meters)long - the historic covered bridge derived its name from a small railway station near the area. There is a wonderful park near the bridge, where visitors can relax.

Roddy Road Covered Bridge

The Roddy Road Covered Bridge is a historic covered bridge near Thurmont, Maryland. Built across Owen's creek, the bridge was completed in 1860. Set in a scenic surrounding, the historic bridge is picture-perfect. This one-lane bridge was designed and constructed in King Post style. The bridge spans just 40 feet (12 meters) and is believed to be the smallest covered bridge in the state of Maryland. The structure was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

Knott Arena

Home to the Mountaineer's men's basketball team, Knott Arena is amongst one of the best basketball arenas in the city. This arena was built in 1987 and since then has been hosting home matches of Mountaineer's men's basketball, convocation ceremonies, as well as, other cultural and collegiate events of Mount St. Mary's University. Concerts and other performing arts events are also hosted at Knott Arena on a regular basis throughout the year.

Fourpoints Bridge

Franklin County Courthouse is located in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1865 on a site that was originally purchased from Colonel Benjamin Chambers in 1785. The architectural style is Greek Revival and the building was designed by S. Hutton and Samuel Seibert. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on January 18, 1974.

St. Mark's Episcopal Church

Plumb Grove

It stands listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
