The Panna Meena ka Kund was constructed in the 16th century and is located near Anokhi Museum at Jaipur-Amer road. This is a beautiful place for social meetings where people would come to take a swim. In the ancient days this place was used as a water protect pool. A Brahmin designed the structure and it was created by craftsmen and engineers. The symmetrical stairwells are the most popular attraction of this place.
Located in the Poddar School compound, this museum is not much bigger than a regular drawing room, but still displays a decent collection of dolls from countries like Japan, Sweden, Korea, Germany and so on. Needless to say, the most popular ones are those depicting Indian culture and its diversity. An interesting facet of this museum is its dedication to a certain cause; it serves as a medium to raise money for the students of Poddar School who cannot afford tuition fees, and also supports a student's hostel that takes care of over 800 children. People who visit here are encouraged to donate as well, which they do in plenty.
One of the many gardens of Jaipur, Central Park would have been like any other green stretch of land, if not for its unique bamboo shoot nursery and the piece of art housed within the park. Conceived by the renowned French sculptor Christian Lapie, this circle of rocks at Central Park is entitled "In The Path Of The Sun And The Moon: Universal Being" and with all its lighting effects, is spectacular to look at. This one of a kind sculpture is a pleasant deviation from the regular ethnic tourist attractions of the city. One of the best known hang-outs of Jaipur, Central Park is an oasis in the middle of a desert land.
