Il museo, istituito nel 1941, è stato trasferito nel 1987 presso il dipartimento di Ingegneria meccanica dell'Università di Padova. Vi sono esposti prototipi di veicoli, motori e apparecchiature realizzati da Enrico Bernardi nel periodo compreso tra il 1878 e il 1919, anno della sua morte. Ampio spazio dedicato anche alla strumentazione e ai manoscritti dello studioso.
