The organ was built by scientists from the San Francisco Exploratorium. Place your ear against one of the pipes and listen to the music created by the sound of the waves. It's a unique way to enjoy nature and this is, perhaps, one of the few places in the world that you can.

Breaking away from the stereotypical wineries, Sottomarino Winery is not rustic but very industrial. This winery calls an actual World War II training vessel its home. It was inside this vessel that crew members of war submarines trained for damage-control. Infact, the word Sottomarino means 'submarine' in Italian. Sottomarino Winery is focused towards delighting their patrons with robust Italian wines like the 2013 Pinot Grigio, 2013 Primitivo, 2013 Muscat Canelli and also Dolcetto. The tasting room of the winery is quite urban and for those who enjoy sun and sand with their Italian wines, the submarine deck is more than welcoming with blue waters of the San Francisco bay for company.
