Located a few minutes from downtown, Kenyon Hall presents musical and live theater performances, including old-fashioned vaudeville shows. Seattle Artists, the non-profit organization that produces these programs purchased the historic Hokum Hall building. In addition to performances, Kenyon Hall now offers a new program called "Kindermusik," designed to teach children (newborn to age seven) music appreciation.

Spread over an area of 7 acres (2.83 hectares), the Beacon Food Forest is a venture undertaken by the local government in Seattle to grow a forest of edible trees, shrubs and herbs with the help of locals. The aim of the forest is to ensure a source of healthy food as well as allow locals to grow their own food. The canopy layer of the forest consists of nut and fruit trees. Berry shrubs and other small edible plants and herbs make up the lower layers. Visitors are allowed to pluck the fruits here.
Suquamish Museum pays tribute to the tribal culture of the city and is the second museum of the state dedicated to the Suqamish tribal life. The property has log house structures and has a collection of about 496 archaeological artifacts. Showcasing the tribal culture since the 1860s, the museum has photographs of the tribal community, smoking pipes, ornaments, wooden handicrafts and documented history of the voyages and expeditions of the tribe. Visit the museum to enjoy a ride back in time and learn some interesting facts about the community.
The Brewmaster's Taproom is a brewpub and bakery located in Renton, WA. They have more than 20 beers on tap and is a cozy hangout with dim lighting.
