The McMillan is located in historic downtown Flagstaff, inside the oldest building in the district. Located along quaint Aspen Avenue, Blendz is your local, neighborhood wine bar although this one is a little different. Inside, guests can create their own blend of wine right on the premises. It works like this: first you choose five different wines and then you have three chances to mix the perfect blend. When it's all said and done, you get to take your own customized bottle home. Some of the varietals include Mourvèdre, Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc and even wines made locally in the nearby Verde Valley.

Located in the historic Hotel Monte Vista, the Rendezvous is a spot that serves strong coffee by day and potent cocktails at night. They serve superb Intelligentsia Coffee and, whether you're a guest at the hotel or not, it's always a nice place to stop in for a cup. At night, the bar stocks a large selection of top-shelf liquors and serves great martinis as well. Visit this place for an enjoyable evening of unwinding.
