It was given a complete makeover in 2010 and while modernizing the structure its Victorian character was retained. Paintings, polished oak floors, and an air-conditioned auditorium definitely adds to the the beauty of this place, however, the retractable chandelier with its opulence and class takes the cake. The newly renovated town hall can accommodate around 708 guests and can be hired for private events. Please note, prior permission is required or serving alcoholic drinks at this prestigious place.
