Sugar Shane's Cafe is the brainchild of husband and wife duo, Shane Scott and Tonya, and chef Mark Gross. Sporting a beach theme, this restaurant, cafe and bar has a laidback vibe to it yet at the same time has a liveliness to it with karaoke nights, live music and sports. The kitchen helmed by chef Mark Gross showcases the cuisine of the Midwest. These include hearty sandwiches, burgers, fried steaks, fried pickles and fried chicken. Besides their fabulous burgers, some of the other crowd favorites are their chicken fried steak drenched in white country gravy and served with garlic mashed potatoes and garlic bread, and fried chicken.
