Established in the year 1935, Cornell Botanic Gardens was previously known as Cornell Arboretum. These gardens are sprawled across an area of 25 acres (10-hectares). Its botanical displays are centered around native shrubs and trees from the state of New York. In addition to this, you will also find a wide range of flowers, herbs, vegetables, crops, weeds and more. Their main aim is to conserve, cultivate and educate the community about the importance of planting new trees and creating gardens.
