Birla Institute of Scientific Research (BISR)

Founded by Mr Braj Mohan Birla, the Birla Institute of Scientific Research (BISR) was established to encourage and promote the development of science and technology. The research center is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities such as an advanced Bio-informatics center, a Microbiology and Molecular Biology laboratory, an Analytical Chemistry lab and much more. It also comprises a museum, an auditorium and a planetarium, all of which are open to the general public.
