"Archaeological Museum"
Housed in a 13th century Vacideye Medresse; Kütahya Archaeology Museum was inaugurated in 1965. The building shows prominent Seljukid style architecture and is made of cut stone with a total of nine rooms. The museum has a diverse collection of artifacts ranging from Paleolithic, Chalcolithic, Bronze, Phrygian, Hellinstic, Roman, Byzantine, Seljukid and Ottoman eras. One of the main attractions of the museum is the rare sample of Sarcophagus from the Amazon and the huge ceramic collection.
