Comedy Store

The term "comedy store" is synonymous with big stars that trace their humble beginnings back to performing regularly here. This La Jolla location is no exception. Among others, Robin Williams and Whoopi Goldberg are said to have gotten their start here. The almost exclusively black décor and complementary lights create a raw, yet minimally distracting backdrop for the comedy. A full bar is provided. Staff will order food from the deli across the street if so desired.
