Teslim Balogun Stadium


"Football Arena"

Started construction in the year 1984, the Teslim Balogun Stadium finally was built and established in 2007 and is named after the national football player Teslim Balogun himself. It was built under the guidance of construction engineer O.C Majoroh. Since it was opened, a number of international matches have been played on this turf. It has hosted games for the 2009 FIFA U-17 World Cup, Nigerian Premier League as well as the Nigerian FA Cup. It also served as the main venue for the 18th National Sports festival in the year 2012.
