The SW Steakhouse found in Wynn Las Vegas is a cut above the other Vegas steakhouses. Offering a variety of entrees like pan-roasted sea scallops, roasted Scottish salmon and cheese-crusted Colorado lamb chops, the SW Steakhouse is not the typical meat and potatoes joint. Though, of course, they do serve meat, and it is to die for. Every steak is cooked to perfection and you can certainly find some specialty steaks here, like a double-cut rib eye or a 40 oz. Porterhouse for two. After dinner, try the summer sampler for dessert, but be sure to bring friends to help because this is a four course dessert with shakes, ice cream sandwiches, sorbet and ice cream bars.
Pamplemousse Le Restaurant will transport you from the streets of Sin City to a romantic French countryside inn. Don't get too full from the olives and fresh bread served at every table because the regular menu is the true treat. Try starting with the pate of the day before moving on to Osso Bucco or duck confit. To finish things off, sample the classic creme brulee that is sure to leave you feeling satisfied. This restaurant is also available for weddings and special occasions.
From the ashes of the former Fleur de Lys, celebrity chef Hubert Keller presents more simplified, yet highly recommended tasting tapas dinners instead of a more traditional classic French repertoire. The restaurant is located inside the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and though the menu may have changed, the decor hasn't been modified too much. With golden chairs, cropped rock architecture and white tablecloths, the space still has a casual, yet elegant ambiance. Chef Keller is constantly changing the menus, but one thing you can rest assured of, the experience will be one you won't soon forget.
