Staaten River National Park

Staaten River National Park has seen remarkably little development over the years, making it one of the last remaining unspoiled wilderness areas in Australia. The river itself winds through the Great Dividing Range near the northern tip of Queensland. Oral tradition has ensured that the spiritual significance of the region has been well-maintained.
