"Halifax's Town Hall"
The Town Hall in Halifax dates back to the 19th Century. The structure was designed by father-son duo Charles Barry and Edward Middleton Barry, and the sculptures by John Thomas. The hall was a regular space for community gatherings and even today operates as an attraction. In 2008, Britain's Architecture Today had recognized the town hall as amongst the Top 10 spectacular structures.
