Virgin Active Health Club is arguably the most exclusive of the Holmes Place chain. Famous faces have included a pregnant Madonna and the place is suitably snobby to boot. Located discreetly several floors up inside an apartment block, the layout is confusing and the facilities aren't as comprehensive as you would expect. The large gym houses a women-only section and hosts personal programmes. There are two dance studios, a leisure pool, and alternative and holistic treatments available. Membership is limited.
