African Kitchen Gallery is one of those small establishments in Euston that has earned a lot of recognition and loyal patrons despite obscurity in a short span. Locals will swear by their spicy rice and lamb stew, which are prepared in typical Nigerian style; nothing fancy like the offerings in big restaurants but definitely authentic. Other Nigerian staples like Jollof rice, jerk chicken, plantain and curry goat are also regular favorites. The setup in itself is quite charming with African artwork and accents covering the walls around loosely placed tables in front of the open kitchen.
