Chez Chow

Chez Chow is a cocktail bar situated in the basement of the French bistro North Audley Cantine. This bar serves Asian-inspired tapas along with innovative cocktails. It has the distinct vibe of a speakeasy and is sprinkled with vintage knick-knacks, including large maps in wooden frames hung on the walls. An exotic Asian bamboo dresser greets you at the doorway, while elegant chimes and crystal chandeliers breath sophistication into the lounge. Enjoy slow-cooked baby back ribs and popcorn shrimp along with concoctions like Madame Chow infused with vermouth and Portobello Road gin. You can also try the Stone-Bass Sang Chow Bow, a dish composed of little gem lettuce stuffed with Atlantic Wreckfish Tartare, and seasoned with coriander, lime and pepper. This lounge was named for the owner's dog, Teddy the Chow Chow, who used the basement as a resting place before its conversion into a bar.
