"Premier Entertainment Complex"

Located close to entertainment symbols like the Los Angeles Convention Center and Staples Center, the L.A. Live is one of the major entertainment complexes in the city. With staggering area of 5,600,000 square feet (520,257 square miles), the complex is home to a number of theaters, ballrooms, bars, lounges, museums along with dazzling 5-star hotels like the Ritz Carlton and JW Marriott. L.A. Live was built in three different phases from 2005 onwards. The Microsoft Theater with 7100 seats and Microsoft Square, now called the XBOX Plaza, were finished by 2007 and remain primary entertainment centers within L.A.Live. The Regal Cinema, a 14 screen movie theater complex, also boasts of a 806 seat theater called Regal Premiere House used exclusively for premiers. A number of fine dining options like the Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar and Katsuya reflect Los Angeles' upscale urban culture. A spectacular attraction for visitors, the Grammy Museum sheds light on the history of Grammy Awards and the award winners.
