The highlight of this mostly Persian and Israeli, family-owned restaurant is the laffa - a fluffy, pancake-like bread that’s baked to order on the premises, slathered generously with hummus, and used as a wrap for gyros, shawarma, various kebab meats, or even vegetarian selections. You can customize your wraps/pitas with toppings of your choice. Pita Pockets’ low-fat, homemade dishes and wraps make it a great option for a filling lunch or dinner.
