The chefs here play with iconic fish dishes, like the dim-sum delicacy of shrimp toast, which here comes as an open faced sandwich heaping with fresh shrimp, basil, mint, cilantro, and watercress in a fish sauce vinaigrette, sriracha mayo, and hoisin - it is truly amazing. Speaking of sandwiches, the classic lobster roll gets a lemon aioli making it even more delicious.
