Designed by S. Charles Lee and opened as a movie house by 20th Century Fox in 1929, the Saban Theatre was previously known as the Wilshire Theatre. It is located just to the west of the Miracle Mile in Beverly Hills. Recently acquired by the Netherlander Organization, one of the largest concert promoters and venue operators in Southern California, the venue has been restored in order to stage dramas and musicals.
