The Tom Mankiewicz Conservation Carousel is an endangered animals themed merry-go-round and features 64 delicately handcrafted wooden animal figures like the Armadillo, Sumatran Tiger, Gorilla, Caterpillar, Skunk and a Unicorn to name a few. This stunning project was funded by Ann and Jerry Moss and it also artwork inspired by California's fauna and flora. The music is unlike other carousels as it plays Cat Stevens, Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass and The Carpenters.
