Orochon Ramen

At Orochon Ramen, guests can prepare their own variety of ramen, a delicious noodle soup from Japan. In the first step of the three-level procedure, patrons choose a broth from Salt, Miso and Soy Sauce. In the second step, guests decide the spiciness of the ramen, with choices ranging from non-spicy to extreme. Finally, one can select the toppings, which include Cha-Shu pork slice, Tokyo negi (Japanese onion), bamboo saute and Chile serrano. One can also savor other dishes like curry fried rice served with soup, asparagus salad, bamboo vegetable saute and spicy scallop, complemented by hot or cold sake.
