The Original Pancake House was founded in 1953 and since then it has spread across the country from the original in Portland, Oregon all the way to White Plains, New York. The chain is known for its signature breakfast items like the Dutch Baby, a fluffy air-filled pastry served with lemon, whipped butter and powdered sugar. The popular Apple Pancake is topped with apples and cinnamon then baked to a crispy, yet fluffy flapjack that melts in your mouth.
