La Diosa Cellars is the only winery in the city limits of Lubbock and produces about 2000 cases a year. La Diosa also sells other Texan wines and is a great place to sample the flavors of the region. During lunch, delicious paninis such as Tropicano Julian made with walnut-crusted chicken, pineapple, Swiss cheese and spinach, are available. A variety of tapas, salads, soups, and pizzas are on the menu for most of the day. The space is decorated with art and functions as a gallery by showcasing single artists.
