"Fine, Renaissance Wonder"

Members of the Civitali family of sculptors from Lucca built this palace between 1492 and 1588. Originally it was the seat of the Podestà or Chief magistrate of the city. Today this imposing building with its arcade and typical 17th century tower clock is the location of the city court.
