Macau Giant Panda Pavilion

Located in a hillside corner of Seac Pai Van Park, Macau Giant Panda Pavilion is where pandas are bred in an environment similar to their natural habitat. This is not a nature park, but just a 32,291 square foot (3000 square meters) green space where you can click pictures of cute pandas living in their habitat. Apart from the giant pandas and red pandas, there are also swans, monkeys and turkeys present in the facility. The property also includes a game zone and a souvenir store from where you can buy a bunch of panda-themed memorabilia.

Yelidao Island

A part of Zhuhai City, the Yelidao Island or Yeli Island is a serene yet happening place. Accessible by a connecting bridge from the city, the beautiful island boasts of a lovely ocean-facing park with trails for cycling or just taking a leisurely stroll. This small but beautiful island also has restaurants and local eateries where visitors can relish dim-sums and more. The defining landmark is the striking white colored building of the Zhuhai Opera House forming the semblance of a circular shell. Come evening, the swallow-tail gate of the island and the opera house are beautifully lit and are a sight to behold.

The New Yuan Ming Palace

Recreating the splendor and beauty of the renowned Old Summer Palace of Beijing, the New Yuan Ming Palace is an ode to Chinese architecture and rich history. Zhuhai Lovers' Road

For some peaceful time in the city, the Lovers' Road in Zhuhai is a must-visit. The promenade is lined with palm trees that sway with the cool sea breeze and is ideal for a romantic walk. Stretching for 17 kilometers (4.3 miles), the north and south sections of the road have many attractions from lush urban parks to the famous fisher girl statue. With restaurants, museums and department stores nearby, the promenade makes for a great socio-cultural rendezvous point.
