Legend goes that a townsperson once witnessed a furious fight break out between two cats here, which led to the unusual moniker. Today, the alley leading from Elm Street to the City Library pays homage to the feline spirit, with quirky paintings and drawings of what else, but cats. A wide collection of paintings & cat-inspired graffiti is all set to entertain you as you walk through this narrow alley.
