Santa María la Coronada Church
"Spanish-Tuscan Wonder"
Found in San Roque town of Cádiz province, Santa María la Coronada Church is one of the prominent attractions of the town. The main structure dates back to the 18th Century and remains a fine example of Baroque and Spanish-tuscan architectural styles. A statue depicting Saint Mary the Crowned is seen on its main altar. The statue dates from the 15th Century and it was moved out illegally from Gibraltar post the Exodus of Gibraltar.
