Virginia Museum of Natural History

Established in 1984, Virginia Museum of Natural History is since educating people of all ages about various aspects of nature. The museum is home to more than 22 million objects including some award-winning exhibits. The museum has a wide array of items displaying the evolution of various types dinosaurs and their remains. Apart from a wide array of permanent exhibits including The Harvest Foundation of the Piedmont Great Hall, How Nature Works, Fossil Overlook, the museum also showcases several temporary exhibits.
