"Medieval Church Rebuilt"

Vercelli Cathedral is the chief church of the city of Vercelli and is the seat of the Vercelli Archdiocese. The original church building was constructed here in the 4th Century but this Gothic structure was replaced with that of a Roman basilica and again in the 16th Century which is the current structure of the cathedral. The sacred remains of the Saint Eusebius can be found here as well as the tombs of important personalities in both sacred and political fields.
