Gelateria Grom's first outlet was established in the year 2003. The ice cream parlor is deep rooted in the old-school gelato manufacturing traditions. White cane sugar, egg yolk and fresh milk are the primary ingredients, while vanilla, hazelnuts, pistachios and other add-ons have a pivotal part to play. The makers also insist that they use cream in moderate amounts, so you can always be assured that those heavenly gelatos are not loaded with fat. The ice-cream cones are also free of fattening vegetable oils, as only pure butter is used to prepare them. Popular flavors include fragola, cocco, hot chocolate and limone.
