At Studio 51 Pilates in Milan, the focus is on activities that create a balance between the body and the mind. The effects of a fast-paced urban lifestyle may give rise to such complications as mental stress, muscle aches, joint pains and back pains. They practice activities like massage, Pilates, osteotherapy and co-realign. Through these activities the studio tries to help students strengthen their minds and bodies without using medicines, but through exercises, breathing and body movements. To register, one has to fix an individual session by appointment. If you are new to Pilates, you may require 3-5 sessions after the first one. Following that, you can choose a path best suited for you by talking to your teacher.
