The restaurant Torchio di Carimate is a great example of architectonic restructuring gone right. The building is a perfect example of architecture from Brianza with arches, visible crossbeams, columns, and the surrounding garden. The location is a medieval center near the castle and the space occupied by the restaurant today was once used by the nobles as stables. The menu is a classic Italian regional menu with a good mix of fish, meat, vegetables, and a broad selection of wine.
