Hi, I'm Giorgio, welcome to our ancient family vinegar factory. Together with my father Mario, President of the Consortium of Producers "Antiche Acetaie" and President of the Association of ABTM D.O.P. I share the passion for ABTM in all its facets, from production to the disclosure of its secrets. In the acetaia you can see numerous batteries including the one started by my great-grandfather Mario in 1905 still in production. We will also talk about other important batteries for my family such as those started by my grandfather Giorgio in the early 1950s in honor of the birth of his children. Thanks to our great passion for ABTM we have decided to open the doors of our house and welcome you to this magical world. See you in Modena!
