Ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? If you're a lover of Italian cuisine, then this hands-on cooking class is perfect for you. Imagine spending three or more hours in a warm, professional kitchen, learning how to make fresh, handmade pasta and a variety of other authentic Italian dishes, all from scratch. You'll have the opportunity to learn how to make a variety of other dishes. Whether you prefer tagliatelle with ragù (Bolognese sauce, which takes hours to cook), tortellini, tortelloni with ricotta, ravioli, lasagne, starters, second courses or desserts, you'll be able to choose the dishes you'd like to make in advance. The class starts around 10 am and goes on for about 3 hours, then we will have lunch with what we prepared, with a glass of wine.
