Eraclea Minoa

"A Nature Lover's Paradise"

The ruins of Eraclea Minoa, an ancient Greek city in Sicily, are set high above the white chalk cliffs. Established in the 6th century BC by settlers from Selinunte and destroyed 500 years later, Eraclea Minoa sank into oblivion. In addition to the remains of the fortress and an ancient residential area, archaeological excavations have also uncovered a Greek theatre. Golden yellow sandy beaches stretch for miles along the coast.
