Shimizu Ryokan

Shimizu Ryokan is located in the hot-spring resort of Yunohira in central Oita Prefecture. Yunohira Onsen is a quiet and serene mountain retreat by the rocky Kagano River. Shimizu Ryokan is a traditional Japanese inn with a thatched roof, wood paneled walls, an open fireplace in the dining room, and a lovely garden. The guestrooms are Japanese-style. There are great views of the mountains from all the guestrooms. Shimizu Ryokan has separate men and women's bathing facilities, and several indoor baths. There are also large rock-lined outdoor pools, and a cave bath.
