The Marco Island Historical Museum shows the history of the Marco Island. It retrace the steps of the Calusa Indians through a replicated interactive village, murals, archaeological items and more. The temporary exhibitions show this island's many transformations from a fishing village to a clam cannery and finally as a tourist spot.
